EmbroidMe Penrith, part of the world’s largest branded uniform and promotional product franchise group, is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Customer Service/Sales Specialist.
As a fast moving and growing business we are looking for the perfect candidate to be the face and voice of the company. Working directly with the General Manager and production team, your key responsibilities will involve providing exceptional face-to-face, telephone and email based customer service as well as internal and outside sales and networking.
Administration duties will involve preparing quotations, emails and assisting the manager in day to day administration.
A hugely rewarding opportunity to have responsibility and a real impact on the success of the business. On the job training and experience will give you a real insight and knowledge into the embroidery, printing and design industry in which you will liaison directly with our suppliers and franchise representatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Sales experience will be highly beneficial
• An outgoing and driven personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• A valid driving license.
Embroidery Machinist / Production Assistant - Part Time
Production assistant with winning attitude required. Duties include operation of 4-head and single head embroidery machines, Plotter and general production. Experience in embroidery and garment production an advantage, but will train the right applicant. Friendly team and great working environment with flexible working hours to suit student or back to work mum.
